The Border Issue

Lets start this by examining this issues.

First off, this is another created crisis. Obama keeps talking about he will do what he can executively to stem the flow. Well it was his actions of not enforcing the current laws on the books that created this problem in the first place. He did this by signing an executive order called DACA. So, with that being said... why doesn't he start by enforcing the laws which are already on the books? The truth is. he has no intention on doing anything to stem the tide of illegals. He could right now close the border in about 48 hours. He could call on congress, to pass a bill allowing him to deploy the Army to the border, and I bet this would pass BOTH houses with flying colors.

As a side note. For those who do not know. the President just can't send troops of any kind to the border. There has to be an act of congress signed into law to do this. The history on this dates back to after the civil war, when congress thought ole' Abe over stepped his bound by suspending Habeas Corpis, and declaring martial law. The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 prohibits the use of U.S. military forces to perform the tasks of civilian law enforcement such as arrest, apprehension, interrogation and detention unless explicitly authorized by Congress on US Soil.
Can a governor place his states National Guard forces at the border? Yes
So when you start screaming send the troops to the border. Keep this in mind and then ask you congressman/woman why. Some might be surprised by the answer.

Second, This one is for the Republican establishment. Obama does nothing by accident... Wake up you stupid idiots!!!!! He knows this is a vote killer to your base. So, he keeps pushing it and pushing it... hoping you will jump on board and lose the election for yourself. He knows at this point without you guys doing immigration reform that the Democrats are set to lose in 2014. You can only lose this election on your own, and pushing immigration reform is the vehicle he has chosen.

As for the US Chamber of Commerce, Facebook, and Google. They want comprehensive immigration reform for a much different reason that has to do with H1a and H1B visas. The H1A and H1B visas allows for people to be shipped in from overseas to work legally in the good ole USA.  These are generally Tech jobs, and engineering jobs. They get paid a lot less than their Home grown counterparts. Not to mention the plethora of unskilled workers that are coming in from south of the border.  Who take lower wage jobs in the construction industry, manufacturing, and service industries.

So as you see there isn't much incentive for anyone to get anything done about the border.....

Edit: Yes the Governor can send the State Guard to the Border. After further research I found I was incorrect.

I found this on a website and it shows the communist agenda on different points and shows where they stand in achieving their stated goals....

* Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions, by claiming their activities violate civil rights. Done

* Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in textbooks. Done

* Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all form of artistic expression. An American communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings," substituting shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms. Done

* Control art critics and directors of art museums. "Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art." Done

* Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press. Done

* Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and television. Done

* Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural and healthy." Done

*Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a "religious crutch." Done

* Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state." Done

* Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of "the big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the communists took over. Obliterating the American past, with its antecedents in principles of freedom, liberty and private ownership is a major goal of the communists then and now. Done

* Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture - education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc. Done 

* Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce. Done

*Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing and policy making positions. Done

*Infiltrate the media and get control of radio, TV, motion Pictures. Done (Updated 1990's, now also the internet and talk radio). In the process of doing

*Control both political parties in the USA. Done

*Transfer the power of arrest from the police to social agencies to weaken law and order.Done

*Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws to control those who oppose communist goals. Done

*Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influences of parents. Done 

*Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which only a train psychiatrist can understand and treat. Done

*Discredit the U. S. Constitution by calling it inadequate, old fashion and out of step with the modern world. Call it a hindrance to the new world order. Done

*Discredit the American founding fathers as non Christian hateful racist bigots. Done

*Use student riots, protest and demonstrations to help foment public opinion to promote communist programs and ideas. Done

*Do away with all loyalty oaths. Done

*Promote the UN as the only hope for mankind and a new world order. In the process of doing

The left has come to use the upside down flag as a symbol for their movement. I say we should fly it for it's intended reason... our Nation and our way of life is in distress by all these lefty, marxist socialists... and their leader is in the Whitehouse...

We need to take America back from these leftist radicals and return this country back to being a truely free country based on the concepts set by our founding fathers...
